Authentic Appreciation

This Weeks’ Recipients: Stephen (Bull) Warwick and Raymond Jabier

I would like to Authentically Appreciation Stephen (Bull) Warwick. Bull goes above the call of duty every single day at SMC. Lately, I have been going to Bull quite a bit for assistance with Excel and reports. I can just imagine how busy he is with his day-to-day duties however, he takes the time to thoroughly walk me through things, step by step, to help me better understand and doesn’t seem to mind doing so. Bull, you are an excel power house and I am incredibly grateful for all of your help, thank you!

I’d like to authentically appreciate Bull for contributing numerous weekends and weekday nights to facilitate the concrete floor repair process in Mississauga warehouse, in order to avoid interruption during the day. He started doing this since end of last year and now the project has completed successfully. On a typical night he would come in and open around mid-night and close 5AM before the day shift starts. For weekends he would just camp there. He also utilized those hours working normal duties including preparing daily/weekly reports and created all annual report templates. This clearly shows great dedications and put company benefit/safety first, beyond anybody even asking. Thanks for all your efforts Bull!

I would like to Authentically Appreciation Raymond Jabier. Some days Raymond is pulled in several different directions but he remains calm, cool and collected all while helping everyone efficiently and always with a smile. He makes sure to follow up to ensure everything is running as it should and because of this, SMC runs smoothly. Raymond is always such a great team player, thank you for all that you do!
