Authentic Appreciation

I would like to nominate Diana for stepping up and accepting the Inventory role that needed to be filled for the person who is on a leave of absence. She also came in on Saturday November 17 to help with the cycle counts and adjustments, because it is an unfamiliar role to most people. Because she came in on Saturday, the shift ran very smoothly and was a success. The counts were all done correctly, as well as the adjustments. Her help for that shift went a long way and we appreciate you stepping up. Thank you Diana.

I would like to nominate Danny, Trevor, Shanice, Marcelo, Rosa, Francis, Richie, Richard, and Desroy for an authentic appreciation award for helping me with the cycle counts since Anna has been off.  They have helped with the second counts in the morning ensuring that the counts are accurate for both lo bay and hi bay. Special thanks to Danny for helping me creating the list of what needs to be counted each night and for preparing the adjustment charts so that I can easily just input the plus/minus in the morning. Thanks

I would like to nominate Vanessa O. for doing an amazing job taking over the inventory control position when Anna O. left.  She did a great job fixing the discrepancies each morning and creating the cycle counts list each day.  Also for making the necessary adjustments each day. Thanks!

This Authentic Appreciation is way overdue! I would like to take the time to recognize Charlotte.  She has the most positive attitude and I can’t say enough of how she makes my day to day responsibilities easier.  If I’m away she covers my job without missing a beat.  I know that when I get back everything will be done and all our CF customers will be happy and satisfied with her service.  Her kindness and hard work is nice to witness and learn from. Charlotte – keep smiling and don’t ever change my lady.  Hopefully we will get to meet in person one day. Thanks!

I would like to nominate Eric Fernandes for an Authentic Appreciation. I spend plenty of time going back and forth into the Warehouse and every time I see Eric he is working tirelessly to ensure everything is running smoothly. I’ve witnessed his hands on approach on many occasions – he’ll dive right into sections that may need a little bit of help. Eric would much rather work alongside all of our employees to ensure the tasks at hand are completed efficiently and correctly. Eric truly embraces his role which is a great example to set for anyone watching him. Well done Eric! Keep up the great work!
