Alex, your previous operations knowledge is very beneficial to our team.  You have a fantastic ability to keep the team mood balanced with your excellent sense of humour.  Your willingness to take on a leadership role has improved our team’s ability to meet the challenges and look to the future.  When the work needs to be done, you dive right in.   Plus, your positive outlook is contagious.
