Authentic Appreciation

I deal with approximately 60 different suppliers on a regular business and the people in your credit department are by far the friendliest and helpful people I deal with. They are always easy going and polite and go out of their way to make things easier for me. I actually enjoy dealing with them and that’s not something I say about many other credit departments. They have a tough job and are very good at it. They are one of the reasons I try to give as much of my business to your company as possible.

I would like to send out an authentic appreciation and thank you to Joti.  We had an amazing start to our morning with our 50 cent breakfast event today and without even asking, Joti stepped in, once again and volunteered to help.  She is always willing to lend a helping hand and take the lead when she feels it is necessary.  Her help was greatly appreciated, as it helped in us running a smooth event.  Thank you so much Joti!

The Returns Dept. would like to nominate Muqbil for an authentic appreciation award. For the past week, Muqbil has been helping us out in the returns department as we are a person short.  Early in the morning, when there aren’t any orders for him to pick, he comes to ask if he can put away some of the returns which is a big help.  It gives us more time to process more credits. His help during this time is greatly appreciated.

I would like to nominate David Omari for helping me out these past 6 weeks moving over 800 bins to make room for all the new products that came in this year.  No matter how many bin movements I gave him each day, he made sure to get them all done that same day.

Also, this past week, he has moved over 100 bins from the mezzanine to the lower level while bringing up 100 bins from the lower level to the mezzanine, resulting in the pickers having to go upstairs less often to complete their orders. Truly appreciate all the hard work these past few weeks as I couldn’t have done it myself. Thanks!
