Darren: Thank you for always showing up and checking in. You take the time to train me a little more each time I see you. From Top Sellers in Callaway to Red Cap pants that come standard hem or unhemmed. I learn every time you are here.  You know your product and you never rush me. I really like that you give me the stats forms. It makes me feel accountable to someone AND helps me see my next goal that I set for myself personally/internally.   Thank you!

Charlotte:  My always available friend! Your dedication to your job is commendable!  If I had employees like you; I never would have fired them all!!  LOL

Thank you for knowing your lines so well. The fact that I lean on you for cross referencing a competitor product; helps me teach my customers why to switch.   You truly are a team player with me and I will forever be grateful to you.

Mar:  My behind the scenes order checker!  J  Thank you for never showing frustration when I yet again forget to put a colour or size or Youth/Adult specification on my purchase orders with you.  The error margins have gone down significantly since I started working with you. Your typing skills are great!  Thank you – everyday – for all you do to make these orders get into boxes and over to me as quickly and correctly as possible.  My unsung hero J

Danica: What can I say about my computer Whizzzzz Girl!!!   You ROCK!  Our communication skills work very well together. You hear me, you understand the issues and you are great at clarifying why it is the way it is OR fix the frustration at my end to make me happy.  You are great at knowing who to bring into the situation when it’s a Sage problem or when it’s a change on my websites that you can make happen. You never pass the buck on me. Truly a skilled employee!

THANK YOU to all of you.  You help make Cyncor look strong, and competent out in the field; and I don’t say that lightly. I feel very lucky to have every one of you on my Sanmar Team; committed to our success over here.

A friend left a gift in my door over the weekend for me. It is a wooden plaque that says “Thank you for fixing my crown and not letting the world know it was crooked”. THIS is what all of you do for me.   I am thankful to you all.

I would to like to nominate Glenford Lee and Dexter Croll for getting their cycle counts and their hi bay truck orders picked before the end of their shift. The truck orders came in late and the cycle counts for hi bay were fairly larger than usual. They worked together to divvy out their workloads to ensure it was complete to meet service for the customer, as well as have the inventory counts correct for the next business day.

I would also like to nominate Vlad Gruia for stepping in and assisting with the cycle counts on this day as well. Without his help, we wouldn’t have been able to get the job done. The support of these gentlemen took place on August 9, 2018, and I would love for them to be recognized for their hard efforts to getting the job done. Thank you.
