Authentic Appreciation

This Week’s Recipients: David Lim, Francis Nigoza, Ryan Roy, Derrick Bottoms, Hermes Sistoza, Adam Mackin, Wilfred Marciano, Marco Rodriguez, Steve (Bull) Warwick, Michael Villasin, and Deidre-Ann Osbourne-Slowley

 

I’d like to appreciate Dave, Francis, Ryan, Derek, Hermes, Adam, Wilfred and Marco in our Vancouver Inbound team for their over and above efforts on Tuesday June 19.  They had an extra container available for delivery on a day that was already over the maximum inbound amount for the day and instead pushing the container out for another day, they decided to bring it in and take care of it that day. They showed some great teamwork to get all of the containers done and were able to start Wednesday with a clean receiving floor.

Steve has always dropped everything to help when asked. Whether it be something small like adjusting the temperature in our office to keep us warm or cool, or helping with something more challenging. Like yesterday, I had a customer that had issues with how their Puro shipments were showing up with no PO numbers listed and Steve did not hesitate to go into the warehouse, take a picture of a Puro waybill, help me draft an e-mail and explain our system to the customer. Thank you, Steve, for being you and making my job easier.

I would like to authentically appreciate Michael Villasin. We had a product come into stock, so we had to send out the e-blast to let our customer’s know, but Michael had the day off and Amanda was away. Shane stepped up and said he would, but Michael saw the email to Shane and said that it would be much faster if he did it (because he does them regularly) and so he volunteered, ON HIS DAY OFF! This is going above and beyond! Thank you Michael for always doing what is best for the company and our customers!

I’d like to authentic appreciate Deidre-Ann Osbourne-Slowley. Last Friday a customer called me after 6pm EST. They have an important order that needs to be decorated on Saturday but they could not submit their PO on time before we close. Within 45 minutes, Deidre-Ann managed to pick 188 shirts and have them ready for this customer to pick up during the evening shift. This is some amazing customer service and dedication. It also makes feel so proud that I am part of this great team! Customer was extremely happy! Thank you again for all of your help!
