Authentic Appreciation

Yesterday, my day was made better by Jocelyn Szobota, I was missing a report that I receive daily, Jocelyn immediately rectified the situation and ensured that I received it.

Whenever I call her, for assistance with an issue, I am always assured of resolution.

Simply, she probably makes a difference to others besides me.
