Authentic Appreciation

I would love to mention Kristina Mallion as someone very deserving of Authentic Appreciation.

Kristina has been with the company for more than 15+ years and for someone who has gone through so much in her own life, she maintains the most positive outlook. She exudes the most confidence, strength, hard work and dedication that can be felt across the department. She makes my days so much brighter at SanMar Canada.

The fact of the matter is, we spend 8+ hours with the coworkers we are surrounded by and I truly feel blessed to work with Kristina each and every single day.

Having Kristina as a co-worker validates how much in fact, SanMar Canada acts and feels like a family.

Thank you Kristina!! You are an amazing human being!

Today this goes to Peter Li, I ask him for a report via email and he responds via email that he is happy to do it for me. Within a very short period of time I have the report from him and thank him and he responds to my thank you. My day is made special everyday by Peter,  always so pleasant and kind.  How fortunate for all of us to work with Peter. He sets a wonderful example to me of grace and kindness. Thanks to Peter Li.

The Pricing Team had the pleasure of presenting Julie Coluccio (General Merchandise Manager) with our August Employee of the month award. During my visit to the Redmond office this past Tuesday and with Charlotte and Jas on the conference call, we pulled her entire team over and shared with her just how blessed we are to have her as part of the SanMar Canada family. Julie exemplifies our values which are, Service, Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity and we wanted her to know that it can be felt in other departments that might not necessarily work directly with her.

She received a ceramic shoe with a cactus plant that represents “support” or “foundation” which is something we all need to move forward and succeed. Without her support building product and developing brands, we wouldn’t be in the position that we are today.
