Sales Support Team Building

The Sales Support Team did some team building & bonding on Aug. 19^th.  We thought it would be great to create inspirational words on a permanent surface – so we came up with encouraging words and transferred these onto coasters that will be used in our upstairs boardroom. The idea with this is so that when you are in a meeting, you will see these and be filled with energy, inspiration & positivity and in turn exude those feelings to others.

To get into the ‘perfect state of mind’ we chose to paint outside on a beautiful, sunny day to get some fresh air, decompress and take in all the energy around us – which was a perfect ‘canvas’ for what we were doing.

The idea stemmed from a seminar that some of the management team recently went to – Tony Robbins!! This was not just a great experience, it was a life changing experience! I learned so much from it not just in a way to keep your mind positive, but the importance of your outlook in how you live your life every day. I was fortunate to experience such an event and have been trying to implement his teachings in my own day to day life and to continue to share with my team.

We as a team felt very inspired just creating these – made us want to make a whole other set for ourselves! We truly enjoyed it and hope that our message will be felt across the `board`. J We really feel we can all learn from these and remember to share this with others.
