Authentic Appreciation

This week’s recipients: Marlene Perera, Sarah Mahoney & Joey Pouteaux

 

I had an online chat customer who was having some issues with online ordering and was frustrated, busy and needed his order in. I had him email me his order directly so there would be one less middle person he would have to communicate his troubles to. The person I initially emailed about it was away and an hour later just before 5pm eastern, it had not yet been ordered. I panicked a little, and started calling around for help. Marlene took care of all of it. She entered the order, called Ian to ensure that it would ship today, contacted the customer to make sure the Credit Card info was good, so that it could be released right away and then emailed me back so that I could stop stressing out. I know that every AE does all of this and they are all amazing, but in this moment Marlene saved the day. So happy to work with you every day! Thank you.

I would like to send a HUGE thank you to Sarah & Joey. I was away last week & these two great people took care of the showroom & customers pick up. I must say they did a great job at making sure everything got done & that every costumer got the help they needed. Not only did they make sure everything was done they also did my paperwork & bank, they made sure that once I got back I didn’t have to do anything. When I came in on Monday morning I had no catch up email or voicemails, they did a great job.
