Eila was a rockstar in March with 99.93% accuracy while doing over 1100 lines per day on average. This is a huge accomplishment and without her we wouldn’t have had such great overall accuracy.
I would like to nominate Deidre Osbourne-Slowley, Maria Diego, Maria Espinoza and Diana Ricaurte.
On Monday April 10th, the Mississauga warehouse was VERY busy; over a thousand orders had been approved!
Deidre, Maria D., Maria E. and Diana all responded to my call for help. They all picked orders, helping to alleviate at least some pressure.
The help was greatly appreciated! Thank you ladies for jumping in and helping the warehouse out!
Maricel is always tidy in her aisle and shows that she cares for our products just like they’re her own. She folds the T-Shirts and Jackets as nicely as it could be. She always gives 99% every time she’s In the warehouse.

I would like to nominate Nima Patel for an Authentic Appreciation Award. Nima consistently has an accuracy level in the 99.90 and above when picking orders.Nima is also quick to bring to the supervisor’s attention any issues she finds with inventory while picking her orders. Sometimes even finding issues in lo bay bins she is NOT picking from.
It is this extra effort that helps minimize warehouse errors and helps to ensure that the customers get the right item they order. Thank you Nima for your efforts and keep up the good work.

Ever since he was assigned to do hi-bay put away, my life in cycle count has been lot easier compared to before. Before his time, almost every day I was always looking for misplaced cases, but at present that’s not the case anymore. The situation has improved much since he came here. If ever there was misplaced case or mis-punched location for sure he’s not the culprit. Every time he helped me looking for missing cases, he always finds them in a short period of time.
Roy Belda, this is about the “Office” Roy made me. While he was planning on how to build it, I was touched by his genuine show of concern by suggesting his own ideas dearing in mind on how it could protect me from cold. He was able to finish it with limited time and resources already availabel in the warehouse, (without the need to buy materials from an outside source.) I know it’s far from perfect, I am still vulnerable to cold, but he did the best that he could.
