I would like to authentic appreciate Randy V, Brenda and Michelle for being the best models ever for last week’s PK meeting!
Not only they looked fantastic in our clothes, they were also able to really accentuate great design of our clothes by enabling us to easily visualize the fit. They graciously volunteered their time despite the fact that they all had super busy schedules and important deadlines. The meeting wouldn’t have been the same without their genuine enthusiasm and super positive energy.

I would like to nominate Lori for Authentic Appreciation. It is long overdue. She is an amazing and efficient woman. She is great at her job. I was very busy this week covering for coworkers on vacation and Lori was happy to help when I needed her. I know how busy she is on a daily basis and she still took the time to help. I don’t know what I would do without her. She is a Rock star!!!!

I would like to recognize Chrissie De Souza.
She’s taken on a new role in the customer service department and has really stepped up. As you know, we’ve been really short-handed for some time now, and this week more so. While still in training, she’s been taking on the role of two people and has been going gangbusters to do the best job she possibly can. She’s taking responsibility by helping lessen the burden on the more senior AEs, ownership of missteps, and pride in a job well done. I have some customers that I’ve been helping and developing a relationship with that I haven’t been able to be there for as much lately, but Chrissie has taken them on and they have been effusive with their praise of how great of a job she’s doing; and some of these customers are known for not being the easiest to please.
She’s already shown what a valuable asset she is to the team, and she’s going to be such a pivotal member of SanMar Canada are her skill set continues to build.
Great work, Chrissie! We couldn’t be more pleased with you joining us here!

It’s been about a month since I been wanting to send this appreciate for Reception and pick up area.
Joti, Michelle and Nick are truly AMAZING at what they do with their Big smiles and helping customers in the showroom and taking orders out to their cars.
As I walk by sometimes I see customers joking around with the team and having smalls chats with them. Truly nice to see the team work up front, they always have each other backs no matter what we need they all are always willing to help out.
I had a customer visiting from Grand Prairie Alberta and he phoned when he got back to tell me just how much he appreciate his visit at SanMar Canada. He said he did see other suppliers however SanMar Canada was the most welcoming visit and the reception was just the most help helpful he has seen in a long time. He joked and said next time he will just come straight to us and forget the rest J

Hi Randy I am just dropping you an e-mail to let you know how valuable and awesome Rupy is we carry over 60 main distributors in our promotional industry from Ash City , Canada Sportswear , Stormtech, Trimark , & Trophy companies to Starline, Esp , Spector & Co. and there is no one in our industry who has ever looked after us like Rupy and that is not a dig at all to our last in house rep Elaine she was good but Rupy is fanatastic and you need to know this because usually all you hear in our industry is the mistakes and complaints but bosses need to hear the good as well.
Thanks and look after her she is a keeper and everyone could take a lesson from this girl .

I want to send an Authentic Appreciation to Charles, Steve Bull, Indra, Fely, Patricia and Anna Oddell.
Charles took the time out from his busy schedule to stay one more day and planned an awesome BBQ for everyone at Mississauga location. He went out shopping on a hot Toronto afternoon to shop and get all the ingredients needed. Indra, Fely, Patricia and Anna Oddell helped with cutting and slicing the vegetables for the salads and fruit trays in their break time and Steve Bull BBQ’d all the burgers and hotdogs. Everyone loved it and the effort showed how the management cares for the employees.
There is BIG demand for Charles to come down again for next BBQ and plan everything J
