Authentic Appreciation

An Authentic Appreciation is the perfect way to celebrate a colleague who made your workday easier.

Think of someone that you work with whose professionalism and reliability knows no bounds, or someone who is always there to lend a helping hand and are great at what they do themselves.

Our latest AA goes to Kizzy, who was nominated by Sarika, and had this to say:

I would like to Authentically Appreciate Kizzy. She’s been such a great mentor and trained me really well. She does things with her best judgment and is amazing at what she does. I want to thank her for being so supportive and patient with me during my learning process. She has helped me in various situations to learn and do things at my best capacity.
You make my work look fantastic and I can see myself growing while working with you 🙂

I want to thank Stephanie for her help with getting the Pick set up for when customers come to the showroom.
