The legendary rock & soul singer sadly passed away last week at the age of 83. Tina Turner was known as the “Queen of Rock n Roll” for blessing us with classics “What’s Love Got to Do With it”, “Private Dancer” and “The Best” with an estimated 180 million albums sold worldwide, 12 Grammy Awards won, and sold-out stadium tours around the world.
Tina Turner also starred in multiple films, including a Mad Max sequel along side Mel Gibson.
A survivor of domestic abuse, Tina Turner gave inspiration to many domestic abuse survivors to tell their stories, including a former member of the Spice Girls, Melanie Brown.
