“As we start the new year, I would love to Authentically Appreciate Joga Bassi and Khush Singh. Our sale pricing wasn’t showing up on the English version of our retail site for the Boxing Day Sale, and even though they were on holidays or in a completely different time zone, they stepped in ASAP to help tackle the issue. Thank you to Khush for helping me connect with Joga and relaying the important info and details, and a big thank you to Joga for searching and finding the issue while you were all the way in India, 13 and a half hours ahead. I ended up messaging you at 1:30pm, which I think was around 3am in India… and you still answered right away! Thank you so much to the both of you for going above and beyond during the holidays to help get the sale back on track – I am lucky to be working alongside you both.
