Authentic Appreciation

Please to share these two Authentic Appreciations from last week. These go out to Carla Pires and Jack Situ for their continued awesome work and great spirits. These appreciations are very detailed so we would like to thank Tissa and Ying for their kind words and expert detail!

Any person can explain what they do, some can explain how they are different or better, but very few can clearly articulate “why.”

“Why” is not about Money or Incentives – Those are results. “Why” is the thing that inspires me and those around.
Carla empties all the upper-level loaded bins full of items, in the Return section. Whenever Carla is free, she loaded her machine with upper level bins voluntarily & cleans up the area.
This process expedites the daily works of return team.

This exhibits, excellence, integrity, service & teamwork.

I like to nominate Jack Situ from the Vancouver warehouse. Since I started in June, Jack has been excellent and helpful with all the company events. For the 50/50 Senior Fundraiser, he was actively promoting the event and keeping track of money and tickets. Secret Santa would also not go as smoothly had he not stepped in and helped with asking for participation and collecting questionnaires. 

Anytime I need information from anyone in the warehouse, I know I can count on Jack.
