Happy 10th Anniversary – Elaine Johnson (Belated)

Congratulations, Elaine!

Our heartfelt anniversary greeting to you from our entire SanMar Canada family now that you are back from your leave (delayed since October).

In Graeme’s words, “Surprise! You’ve been with SMC for 10 years! Yes. 10 years. Can we all agree that you’re AE Furniture now?  Jokes aside, of all the AEs I’ve had the pleasure of working beside in my time at SMC, I think you’ve grown the most. I think it’s because you’ve got this relentless drive to improve. You’ve very quickly embraced any constructive feedback Cherilyn or I have ever provided, and you go out of your way to seek it out as well. If an outcome isn’t quite what you wanted with a customer, you quickly ask for advice on how to be better the next time.  This drive makes you a fantastic mom, AE, and an energetic team player.

You’ve never hesitated to back up a colleague. You offer advice freely to the newer team members and seem to be, more often than not, the AE’s representative when bringing their questions/concerns to me.  As one true cheeseburger aficionado to another, your tireless hard work for the customer and your dedication to the team is greatly appreciated. Keep leading by example and embracing the ‘grey’ in life!”
