“Five years!   It’s been five years since I met the Master of Lemon Grass Chicken! We started our SMC journey at roughly the same time.  We’ve seen the company grow.  We’ve seen the team grow.  We started as little SMC saplings, and you’ve grown into a magnificent tree that I, and the rest of the team, can lean on during a storm or on those warm, calm, breezy days.  You are a woman of few words and titanic action.  You never waiver. You can manage any territory and solve any customer issue.  You always get the job done. As such, the entire team knows you’ve got our backs. Every day.  In a team environment, this means everything.  Lastly, you have a refreshingly subtle sense of humour, a very big heart, and the finest knowledge of fried chicken joints in the lower mainland.”
