We are very sad to announce the passing of Bob Swagers, a staple in the Mississauga in-bound warehouse. We would like to take a moment to remember not only our co-worker, but our friend. Today, we honour Bob, and would like to share all the wonderful memories of him.
Bob Swagers started with us on April 7, 2009. A dedicated individual, Bob worked with us for an amazing 13 years. Bob started with us in the Mississauga warehouse as an Order Processor and Receiver, and through his journey showed us that he was one of the hardest working individuals we’d ever met.
He was the most genuine, honest person and did not have a negative bone in his body; he was respected and appreciated by every single person who had the pleasure of working with him.
He was well known for telling witty jokes that would get you every time, and in addition to his amazing sense of humour, he had the most positive outlook on life which everyone saw as truly special.
Bob was also a very gifted and talented drummer who shared his talents as a local band member. He lived his life with great integrity and truly believed that we should all treat others the way we want to be treated.
Bob was so kind to every single person he encountered; it really did not matter who you were, he’d greet you with a gentle smile.
Bob was very much loved by his teammates and was an absolute ray of sunshine to everyone. He touched so many people’s lives in a positive way.
Bob – you will be truly missed.
