We are thrilled to recognize Diana Ricaurte – Mississauga!I would like to send out an official appreciation to Diana Ricaurte, since George has retired Diana has picked up a good chunk of the behind the scenes reports that George used to do leaving me more time to look at efficiencies and processes. She has made the change much easier with all her help. I know it would have been a much less seamless job had she not been here and I just wanted to say THANKS. She is an important part of the Mississauga team.
We are thrilled to recognize Mauricio Monsalve – Bilingual System Analyst!I don’t think Mauricio knows how much appreciated he actually is! Mauricio took over Andrew’s position way back when & we are so grateful to have such an incredible, knowledgeable, patient, IT guy! I’ve been having quite a bit of IT related issues lately & Mauricio is ALWAYS there to help. He rectifies the issue in a timely matter & always looks into how to prevent the same issue from happening again! I can now say my email is fully functioning the way it should be! All in all, any questions anyone has, he will find the answer for you regardless what it may entail. Thank you for being so helpful to ALL of us in the Mississauga office, Mauiricio. Your kind & gentle approach has made our lives a tad bit easier!
