I would like to send an appreciation to Sylvia. On many occasions she has offered to help me with faxes and returns etc. She has also helped me with problem solving a couple of difficult customer service situations that have arisen.

We are thrilled to recognize Marlene Diadry Perera – Customer Service Returns Specialist!

This is an Appreciation email for our Returns specialist Marlene!!! We all are very thankful for all her help and her training our customers with restocking fee’s. On many occasions I hear many positive things from our customer’s on how she handles the returns and always tries to find a win, win situation. When Marlene was on her holidays we had customers asking on a regular basis when is she coming back to work as they missed her.

Not only will she help us with returns but if we are short staffed and we ask her to help out with orders she will jump in to assist wherever she can.

Returns is not a fun job and truly not always the easiest either, her patience is remarkable!!
