Stretch it Out!

Keep fit and have fun with the Stretch of the Day!

Shoulder Rolls

  1. Sit tall in your chair and inhale slowly as you raise your right shoulder up towards your right ear.
  2. Allow yourself to exhale then slowly roll your right shoulder around and backwards, dropping it down away from your ear.
  3. Repeat these shoulder rolls several more times, alternating between both sides.
