Over the last few years, SanMar Canada’s Authentic Appreciation series has recognized and celebrated the unbelievable work that our team puts in day after day, week after week.
Appreciating someone’s work is one of the great aspects of being part of a team, and having a platform to acknowledge your teammates for a job well done is exactly why we have Authentic Appreciation.
Have you noticed anyone going the extra mile lately? Why not give them the shout-out they deserve?
If you need some inspiration or are unsure of what to write, keep it simple, like these quotes from previous Authentic Appreciation posts:
“I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciate her.”
“Thank you so much for your patience – I really appreciate both of you so much.”
“He truly is a fabulous co worker and I am happy to be on his team as he makes us all look good.”

If you want to Authentically Appreciate someone who you work with, please send your message via email to authenticappreciation@sanmarcanada.com.
For those who don’t have an email address, we do have forms that can be filled out and handed to either HR or your manager, who will then send it on to the email address above.
Once your email/form is sent, it’s approved by senior management, forwarded to HR and then it heads to the Marketing Department where your appreciation of a colleague will be posted on The Stitch and on the internal Facebook page.
We are very lucky to work with such an incredible group of people, so let them know just how incredible they actually are with an Authentic Appreciation.
