Authentic Appreciation

This weeks’ recipients: Helene Lazure and Shane Morgan

I would like to recommend that an authentic appreciation is given to Helene Lazure.  I spoke with Serge Vallieres from VGA Marketing today.

As I was talking about sales and thanking him for his support, he interrupted me and said I need to tell you that the “girl”  Helene in Montreal is the best employee at SanMar Canada.  No one tops her. Kidding, I said, well I would like to give you some better pricing,  and he said that still makes you #2.  It is always a pleasure to speak with customers who already have a high regard for our company.  I thank Helene for being such a great example for customer service.

These calls always leave me with such a happy feeling.  Now that is what brings joy to my life. Thanks again Helene.

I would love to authentically appreciate Shane Morgan. Time and time again, Shane has been my digital savior! No matter what I throw at him, he takes on the project with a smile and gets it done SO QUICK! Today he helped me rush a project to get it done within an hour of me asking him. I don’t have enough words to describe how helpful, patient and understanding  he is, and I just really wanted to take the time to thank him and show my appreciation for everything he has done. Shane, I tell you this every time we email, but I need to tell you once more – YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!
