In these dark months, physical activity is key to out physical and mental health! So, we are challenging all of you to move this month. NO FITTNESS TRACKER NEEDED

Studies show that “Regular physical activity can help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. It can also reduce your risk of depression and anxiety and help you sleep better.” – I mean, who doesn’t want that ??

Deadline to Sign Up is THURSDAY JAN. 14, so don’t delay.

Teams will be issued on Friday Jan 15th , but don’t wait to start, because all your dedicated exercise time will start accumulating on that same day.

Turn in your minutes to your team leader every Friday morning for the week before and lets see what we can accomplish together!
