Thea, you have an amazing talent for product development and you are an important part of our team in Redmond.  Your eye for fashion helps keep us relevant, and your attention to detail exceptional.   Over the last five years, you have taken on more responsibility and leadership which we appreciate so much.  We love your calm and patient manner in order to keep us crazies from going too crazy.   And thank you for always being willing to do anything to help the team succeed!
