We’d love to help spread a little joy and positivity to each other. Even though we can’t be with one another, we can still show each other that we care and are all here together in spirit!
We are asking everyone to share a picture or a video of themselves doing something that brings them joy! Will it be a picture of you doing yoga? Or a video of your pet or of hugging your children? Perhaps it’s baking and you are willing to share your best recipes with us!
It doesn’t need to be professional or fancy, cell phone picture and video are just great!
