
We all have been cooped up in the recent months. Between staying at home because of Covid-19 guidance, and with the weather not cooperating, we have definitely spent more time inside than we would normally. But, spring is finally here, and Mother Nature is starting to be kind to us.
What if feeling rejuvenated was as easy as going for a walk? It is! Go spend some time outdoors; a forest, an open park, take a walk along a river or a lake or just a long walk in the city! Anything to get you and your family outside; perhaps even coordinating your outing with friends. Of course, plan ahead so you and your family or friends can pick a time to avoid crowds and enjoy the outdoors while practicing social distancing.
