Kristina, you have shown yourself to be a very dedicated and hard worker!  Your team appreciates that they can always count on you to be here working your customer service magic.  You’re always the first one to jump in when anything is needed and help your co-workers without anyone having to ask.  Plus – we can always count on you for an entertaining story to brighten up the day.  Your experience and knowledge about your job help you to advocate for your customers.  In fact, there are many customers who say that they would be lost without Kristina and will only work with you.
