“Hey Char – I hope your short time off was enjoyable. I wasn’t sure exactly when you were back so I reached out to Sylvia yesterday to get another training session on our DF System Jackets. We went through the sample sizers that I purchased in September and she helped me sort out what goes with what and what is a solo piece. Meeting went well with this client. He is a customer that only buys 1 jacket from me every 4-6 years. But he is loyal to me so I’m grateful. I sold him on the DF7634/35 system and upsold him on a couple sweatshirts too 🙂 Sylvia you were very instrumental in this successful small order. I felt confident to sell the system jackets. THANK YOU to you both! It seems these jackets have quite a learning curve for me, for some reason. I’m grateful for the time you both have given me to finally “get it”.”
