“Thank you so much Charlotte! I asked you for help understanding the winter system jackets. So we took some serious time on the phone going over the options and basic understanding of the multiple pieces.
Then you checked and your graphics dept. had a mock up flyer which I quickly emailed to this government account. Thank you Jenna! This was so helpful when you were training me on each individual piece….to have them on 1 flyer and the website open on my computer……just made it so much easier to memorize and understand what you were talking about.
Charlotte: I talked about the bubble jacket….you explained why the thinner bubble jacket makes sense. AND in the conversation with the customer just now, he said he liked the look of the bubble but didn’t want the bulk…………and I had the answer. Thanks to YOU!
You also let me send the PO to you so you could be sure I was buying the correct pieces for my showroom. The order showed up today …………….and the customer called to see if he could stop in at 9:30 tomorrow morning.

I really wanted to share something awesome with you and I felt like this needed to be celebrated J There is this segment on Twitter called Promo Chat, where a bunch of companies come together to discuss everything in the Promotional Products industry. Questions are tweeted out by Promo Kitchen and the businesses involved can tweet their answers. This week there was a cool shout out for Tammy Midttun.
