As we all know, I am on the phone for days on end, speaking to customers about products.  Many times, the customer is not available and I leave my name and number.  Yesterday, a customer tried to call me back and for some reason he ended up speaking with Jill Bickel.  Today, he tried again and reached me.  For most of the conversation, he raved how fabulous Jill is with customers and said that one of the reasons he tried me again, is that Jill said if he did not reach me, she would help him out.  I do believe he was hoping not to get me!! But that being said, I would like to thank Jill for working with our customers in such a fabulous way.

My day has been brightened by the conversation with Steve at Jadon Promotions, I did like hearing how impressed he was with YOU.
