Authentic Appreciation

This weeks’ recipients: Joti Singh, Jennifer Lashley, Gunjan Gambhir and Jenna Freschi

I would like to acknowledge Joti for being incredible every day. I always need her assistance in coordinating with the delivery for office supplies and she is on top of it. However, today I received a huge box from Mississauga full of HR staff that needed to be brought upstairs. It was quite heavy to carry by myself and nobody was around to ask for help. Joti noticed that and she just picked one side of the box and helped me carry that to upstairs. I really appreciate your help, THANK YOU, Joti!!

Jennifer you are a team player for sure! A few times you have dropped what you are doing to assist me looking for answers for customer and I really appreciate it and the customers do as well. You are always smiling and I am so glad I get to work with someone so amazing! Thank you!

I would love to authentically appreciate Gunjan for making the Halloween Potluck and Lollipop 50/50 draw such a success. She went out after work and got all of the lollipops herself, coloured all of the bottom stems by herself, made the box for the lollipops, again, by herself, and created a great rock, paper, scissors game for the final challengers. It made for a really interesting draw and she is the reason it was such a great time and a big success. Gunjan, thank you so much for all of your work to make us smile and spark joy! We really appreciate all that you do for the team and we don’t know what we would do without you
